DIGITAL SINGLE CLASS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This class is valid for Livestream classes only.

These classes are valid for 1 month only and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused and expired class credits are also non refundable.

We are able to extend the validity of a class pack for as many days as you have credits remaining. 

These credits are valid only against Digital classes, credits for Standard and Premium classes must be purchased separately. 

We may be able to extend the validity of your class pack in cases of injury, illness or pregnancy but will require medical evidence in the form of a doctors, physio or hospital note. 

To extend the validity your class pack, please submit a request through our help centre. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours to process your request. Extensions cannot in any circumstance be applied retrospectively.

Once expired, we are unable to reinstate a class pack. 

All BLOK customers have the right to use our services, free from harassment, advances or predatory behaviour.

We want our customers to be happy with the services they receive. If you are unsatisfied with our offering you have the right to complain and may be refunded. Please get in touch with a member of our customer service team via our help centre.
