This class pack is for new BLOK customers and can only be purchased once per person. We regularly check the system for duplicate accounts, anyone found breaching these terms will be charged the difference between the 3 class pack credit value and the full value of the classes used. We reserve the right to take this payment and close all duplicate accounts without prior notification.
Manchester - This pack of 3 Standard or Premium classes is valid for BLOK Manchester.
Leyton - This pack of 3 Standard or Premium classes is valid for BLOKspace Leyton and BLOK Manchester.
Clapton - This pack of 3 Standard classes, Premium classes or HOT + COLD guides or self-guided sessions is valid for BLOK Clapton, BLOKspace Leyton and BLOK Manchester.
Shoreditch - This pack of 3 Standard classes, Premium classes or HOT + COLD guides or self-guided sessions is valid for BLOK Shoreditch, BLOK Clapton, BLOKspace Leyton and BLOK Manchester.
By purchasing this credit package you are acknowledging that you understand our latecomer policy.
These classes are valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused and expired class credits are also non refundable.
We are able to extend the validity of a class pack for as many days as you have credits remaining.
We may be able to extend the validity of your class pack in cases of injury, illness or pregnancy but will require medical evidence in the form of a doctors, physio or hospital note.
To extend the validity your class pack, please submit a request through our help centre. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours to process your request. Extensions cannot in any circumstance be applied retrospectively.
Once expired, we are unable to reinstate a class pack.
All BLOK customers have the right to use our services, free from harassment, advances or predatory behaviour.
We want our customers to be happy with the services they receive. If you are unsatisfied with our offering you have the right to complain and may be refunded. Please get in touch with a member of our customer service team via our help centre.
