At BLOK, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and inclusive environment for all our customers. The HOT + COLD experience involves exposure to both heated and cold environments, making appropriate clothing essential for safety, hygiene and overall experience.
All clothing worn in the HOT + COLD areas must be clean and appropriate for shared wellness spaces. Swimwear (one-piece, bikini or swim shorts) must be worn at all times. Nudity is not permitted; appropriate coverage must be maintained at all times.
Footwear is not permitted inside the sauna and cold water area, but indoor only flip-flops or slides may be worn.
In order to maintain optimal hygiene, customers must rinse in the showers between the sauna and cold water baths. No heavily scented lotions, oils or perfumes should be used before entering these areas.
BLOK team members reserve the right to address inappropriate clothing choices that may compromise hygiene, safety or the shared comfort of others. Customers who do not comply with this policy may be asked to change into appropriate attire or may be denied access to HOT + COLD.
All BLOK customers have the right to use our services, free from harassment, advances or predatory behaviour.
