Flexible memberships can be cancelled any time. To cancel, please head to the 'Memberships & credits' section on the BLOK app or you can submit a request through our help centre.
We aim to respond to all requests as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation. Please bare this in mind if you would like to cancel before your next payment is due.
If your request is received but not resolved by our team before your next payment is due, we can in most cases refund the payment. Please note that we cannot refund a membership charge if your membership has been used to attend classes.

1. Free month of BLOK Digital
A one-time offer. No payment is required for the duration of the free month. After your free month, your trial will automatically convert to a BLOK Digital membership, which can be cancelled at any time.
2. Discount on an additional 3 months of your SC90 membership
Discount applies to your next 3 consecutive monthly payments. By accepting this offer, you agree to an additional 3 month commitment period at the discounted rate. Early cancellation is not permitted during this period. After your 6th month (initial 3 month period + additional 3 month commitment), your trial will automatically convert to a flexible 10 Premium classes per month membership, which can be cancelled at any time.
