Flexible memberships can be frozen at any time, annual memberships cannot be frozen until 12 monthly payments have been processed.
To freeze your membership, please submit a request through our help centre.
We aim to respond to all requests as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours to process your membership freeze. Please bare this in mind if you would like to freeze before your next payment is due - we cannot refund a membership charge if your freeze was requested less than 72 hours before your next payment.
Membership freezes can be applied for a minimum of 7 days, and a maximum of 3 months.
There must be a minimum of 14 days between membership freezes.
Please note that we are unable to freeze memberships purchased using Apple Pay.
In cases of injury, illness and pregnancy we can apply a longer membership freeze, but may require medical evidence in the form of a doctors, physio or hospital note.
Freezes cannot in any circumstance be applied retrospectively.
