FORGOT MY PASSWORD

If you have forgotten your password and struggling to access your account, there are a few ways you can reset it.

iOS or Android

1. Open the BLOK app
2. Ensure you're logged out by tapping "Logout" via your Profile
3. Tap "Log In"
4. Tap "Reset" 
5. Input the email address associated with your BLOK account
6. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
7. Tap the reset link
8. Set a new password

On the website

1. Tap "Sign In" on the tab bar
2. Tap "Reset" 
3. Input the email address associated with your BLOK account
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
5. Tap the reset link
6. Set a new password
