WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR CLASS

Please wear workout appropriate clothing. Shoes are required for all classes apart from Pilates, Yoga, Calisthenics and Barre. 

Hand wraps are strongly advised for Boxcon and Boxing classes. They are available to be purchased at reception for £5. We advise customers to bring their own gloves if possible, however we also provide gloves in-class. Boxing gloves are also available to be purchased at reception for £55.

We provide all equipment for all classes, however if you would like to bring your own mat you are welcome to do so.

Towels can be hired at reception for £1.
