CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

You can change or cancel your class bookings up to 12 hours before the start of the class without being subjected to penalty fees.

Non-unlimited members and class pack users who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time or don't attend a booked class will forfeit their class credit. 

Unlimited members who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time will be charged a late cancellation fee of £5.

Unlimited members who don't attend a booked class will be charged a no show fee of £8.

Please be aware that the same policy and fees apply to reservations secured by booking via the waitlist.

If you are a BLOK member or class pack user, you may be able to move your reservation to another class on the same day with less than 12 hours notice. In order to do this, please call your home studio so a member of the Front of House team can assist you with your request. 

If you believe your circumstances to be extenuating, and would therefore like to request that our late cancellation or no show policy is waived, please call your home studio so a member of the Front of House team can assist you with your request.
