HOW TO CANCEL A CLASS

On the website
Sign in to your BLOK account
Select ‘my classes’
Select the class and use the drop down menu to click ‘unreserve’

On the app
Open the app and select the ‘my account’ icon
Scroll down to ‘my classes’
Select the class and use the drop down menu to click ‘unreserve’

Please note, you will not be able to cancel a class within 12 hours of the start time as this is classed as a "no-show". You can either forfeit your class credit or call our studios, our team will be happy to book you into a later class on the same day.
