Our classes are open level and suitable for beginners apart from those marked L2 and Sparring, which require experience.
We believe in cross training across all disciplines which is why the 30 day trial is the perfect introduction to BLOK, giving the opportunity to try as many classes as you like and discover what works for your body.
For fitness, we recommend starting with our signature circuit class BLOKfit or BOXcon, which combines boxing techniques with strength and conditioning exercises to get you fighting fit.
For yoga, start with Yoga for Beginners to build an understanding of the basic principles of yoga or Dynamic Vinyasa for a great introduction to exploring flexibility and strength. For a slower pace, try Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels and the perfect compliment to our high intensity yoga or fitness classes.
We recommend balancing your classes across all disciplines. For every Cardio Killer book into a Dynamic Vinyasa, for every BLOKstrength book into Barre. Book and train up to six days a week but always make sure to take at least one rest day to allow your body to recover properly and maximise results.
