WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED A PENALTY FEE?

In an effort to prevent unlimited customer booking classes they don't attend, we charge penalty fees for late cancellations and no shows.

A cancellation less than 12 hours before the class start time - £5 late cancellation fee.

Unattended class - £8 no show fee. 

Please be aware that the same fees apply to reservations secured by booking via the waitlist.

While penalty fees do not apply to non-unlimited customers, those who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time or don't attend a booked class will forfeit their class credit.
