RESERVE YOUR SPOT - To access the full schedule use the BLOK app and filter classes using the Livestream location.
SET UP - You’ll be emailed a class link 15 mins before the start of the class. We recommend using a laptop or tablet to view the class.
PREPARE YOUR SPACE - All our online workouts are designed to be bodyweight but you may also bring any of the following equipment (or suitable alternative) for the classes below:
Barre: small hand weights, rolled up shower towel / pilates ball, ankle weights
Yin Yoga / BLOKBreath / BLOKSound: a pillow and blanket, yoga blocks
BLOKSculpt / BLOKParty: small hand weights / ankle weights / resistance bands
BLOKStrength / BLOKFit : Any weights you have
VIDEO - IT’S UP TO YOU - We start all classes with videos hidden. But if you want to make yourself visible to trainers and others feel free by clicking the video button at the bottom of your screen.
SOUND - PLEASE STAY ON MUTE - All our classes start with your microphones muted. Please keep your mic off during the class to help keep the experience interruption free for other participants. Post class feel free to unmute and chat with others about your experience.
MUSIC - Our instructors curate the playlist for each class. At the start of the class they will let you know how to join. Where possible we recommend connecting your device to an external speaker for the best sound quality.
SHARE YOUR WORKOUT - We love connecting with our BLOK community and hearing your feedback so please share your workout on IG, tagging @bloklondon and rate your class via the BLOK app.
Classes can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the class start time. Customers on pay per class packages will have the class credited back to their account. Cancellations after this time will result in your class credit being forfeited.
