At BLOK we encourage you to have a multi-disciplinary style of training. We offer a variety of classes that challenge you to work towards your goals, no matter your level of experience. One of the ways we challenge you is through dance, with two signature dance classes BLOKparty and BLOKbeat. Each class has its own specially designed 60 minute mind, body and soul, dance fitness experience.
BLOKparty is a high energy, dance cardio based fitness class, guiding you through a 12-15 minute dancers warm up. 40 minutes dancing to playlists our instructors personally created, and lastly a 5 minute cool down. Throughout this class you will be working on your muscle memory skill set and cardio strength. No matter what dance experience you may have, this class is an easy to follow dance class, with grooves and moves to keep you smiling and sweating to the non-stop pace.
BLOKbeat is a choreography dance class, which leaves you wanting to hit the stage with some of your favourite artists. As your instructor carefully guides you through a full dancers warm up, followed by a dance routine that will be hard to forget, you will be focusing on challenging your memory skills whilst living the life of a backing dancer.
