We have changing spaces at all sites. We have showers at all sites except BLOKspace Leyton. Towels are available to rent from the front desk for £1 at all sites except BLOKspace Leyton. We have lockers at all sites, although limited at BLOKspace Leyton.
Our Shoreditch and Manchester studios are equipped with electronic lockers. Our Clapton studio and BLOKspace Leyton also have lockers, however to keep your belongings secure, please bring your own padlock or purchase one for £5 from reception.
Changing cubicles are available at BLOKspace Leyton. Our changing rooms at all other sites are supplied with hairdryers and Haeckels toiletries, hair straighteners are also available at some locations.
Hand wraps are strongly advised for Boxcon and Boxing classes. They are available to be purchased at reception for £5. We advise customers to bring their own gloves if possible, however we also provide gloves in-class. Boxing gloves are also available to be purchased at reception for £55.
Please do not take photos or videos during classes. Photos and videos can be taken before or after the class if this has been authorised by the instructor and other people in your class.
We operate a 0 minute latecomer policy for all classes. BLOK reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not signed in and ready for their class at start time. To prevent disruption, customers are encouraged to arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to their class start time to check in and use facilities prior to class.
If you wish to cancel a reservation you must cancel 12 hours before the start of class to ensure your credit is returned to your account or you avoid penalty fees (applicable to unlimited members only). You can manage all you class bookings through the app, or by getting in touch via our help centre.
Our penalty fees are £5 for classes cancelled within 12 hours of the class start time, and £8 for no shows.
You will receive an email including a link to the Livestream class 15 minutes before the class start time. If you have not received a link 5 minutes before the class, please get in touch via our help centre so a member of our team can issue it to you manually.
If you are having issues with the link, please download the Zoom app on your device and retry.
Class links will not work on more than one device or internet connection.
