TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Manchester - This trial gives you access to 10 Standard classes for a period of one month at BLOK Manchester or Livestream classes. The month begins when the trial is purchased. After your month, this membership allows access of up to 10 classes per month at BLOK Manchester or Livestream classes. It also gives you unlimited access to On-Demand workouts.

Clapton - This trial gives you access to 10 Standard classes for a period of one month at BLOK Clapton, BLOK Manchester, BLOKspace Leyton or Livestream classes. The month begins when the trial is purchased. After your month, this membership allows access of up to 10 classes per month at BLOK Clapton, BLOK Manchester, BLOKspace Leyton or Livestream classes. It also gives you unlimited access to On-Demand workouts.

Shoreditch - This trial gives you access to 10 Standard classes for a period of one month at BLOK Shoreditch, BLOK Clapton, BLOK Manchester, BLOKspace Leyton or Livestream classes. The month begins when the trial is purchased. After your month, this membership allows access of up to 10 classes per month at BLOK Shoreditch, BLOK Clapton, BLOK Manchester, BLOKspace Leyton or Livestream classes. It also gives you unlimited access to On-Demand workouts.

Leyton - This trial gives you access to 10 Standard classes for a period of one month at BLOKspace Leyton, BLOK Manchester or Livestream classes. The month begins when the trial is purchased. After your month, this membership allows access to up to 10 classes per month at BLOKspace Leyton, BLOK Manchester or Livestream classes. It also gives you unlimited access to On-Demand workouts.

This trial is not available for Premium classes.

This trial can only be purchased once per person. We regularly check the system for duplicate accounts, anyone found breaching the terms of this trial will be charged the difference between the trial value and the full value of the classes used. We reserve the right to take this payment and close all duplicate accounts without prior notification.

By purchasing this trial you are acknowledging that you understand our latecomer policy.

Please note this trial is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be extended.

Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the class. If a class is cancelled after this time the credit will be forfeited. Unused classes will not roll over into the following month. 

Should you go away for work or on holiday, your trial can be frozen as per our freeze policy. Please note, freezing your membership will also freeze access to Livestream and On-Demand workouts. 

After your first month, your trial will automatically convert into a 10 class per month flexible membership, which can be cancelled at any time. If you do not want your trial to convert into a membership, please submit a cancellation request via our help centre at least 48 hours before your renewal date. If you would like to request a cancellation after your trial has converted into a membership, please do not use the membership to attend classes before your request has been actioned. We cannot partially refund membership payments.

All BLOK customers have the right to use our services, free from harassment, advances or predatory behaviour.

We want our customers to be happy with the services they receive. If you are unsatisfied with our offering you have the right to complain and may be refunded. Please get in touch with a member of our customer service team via our help centre.
