TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shoreditch - This trial gives you access to 10 Standard classes for a period of 30 days at BLOK Shoreditch, BLOK Clapton, BLOK Manchester or Livestream classes. The 30 days begin when the pack is purchased. After your 30 days, this membership allows access of up to 10 classes per month at BLOK Shoreditch, BLOK Clapton, BLOK Manchester or Livestream classes. It also gives you unlimited access to On-Demand workouts.
This series can only be purchased once per person. We regularly check the system for duplicate accounts, anyone found breaching the terms of this trial will be charged the difference between the trial value and the full value of the classes used. We reserve the right to take this payment and close all duplicate accounts without prior notification.
By purchasing this trial you are acknowledging that you understand our latecomer policy.
Please note this trial is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be paused, extended or frozen.
All classes booked must be attended. If you cannot attend a class you have booked, you must cancel it more than 12 hours prior to the class. If you cancel a class 12 hours or less prior to the scheduled start time, you will forfeit your class credit.
After your first month, membership automatically renews every 30 days as a 10 class per month flexible contract and can be cancelled at any time. To cancel, please submit a request through our help centre, we have a grace period after your trial period in which you can request a refund if you have been charged, not attended any classes after your first 30 day period and do not wish to continue your contract.
To cancel after your new trial period, please submit a request through our help centre before your next payment is due. Any payments that have already been processed cannot be refunded. Once your cancellation has been processed, the membership will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle. We cannot partially refund membership payments and cancel a membership with immediate effect.
All BLOK customers have the right to use our services, free from harassment, advances or predatory behaviour.
We want our customers to be happy with the services they receive. If you are unsatisfied with our offering you have the right to complain and may be refunded. Please get in touch with a member of our customer service team via our help centre.
