Due to limited storage capacity, we cannot keep any lost property for longer than 14 days.
All reports of lost property must be submitted to a member of our Front of House team as soon as possible, to ensure the best chance of them finding and returning it.
Please be aware that items left in studios may not be retrievable if there is a class in progress, but our Front of House team will always try their best. Please respect our Front of House teams at all times.
Although we try to return all lost property to it's rightful owner, please be reminded that anyone who uses BLOK's services is responsible for their own possessions. BLOK cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any property.
