In the event that a class is fully booked, a limited number of spaces will become available on the waitlist.
Once a space on the waitlist has been booked, if a space in the class becomes available up to two hours before it's start time, you will be auto-enrolled and notified via the BLOK app and by email.
If you cannot attend the class after being assigned a space, you must cancel 12+ hours before the class start time, as per our class cancellation policy.
If you fail to cancel your space with 12+ before the class begins or fail to attend without cancelling, you’ll sacrifice a credit or be charged a penalty fee.
Please note, that if you add yourself to a waitlist and no spaces become available in a class, the credit will be returned to your account at midnight on that same day.
