REFERRAL PROGRAM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Existing, paying BLOK customers (“Referrers”) can refer friends to purchase BLOK’s One Month 10 Class Trial via bloklondon.com (the “BLOK Trial”). They can do this by logging into their account on iOS or Android, copying their unique referral link (“Referral Link”) and sending it to their friend(s) via the share panel (the “Referral”).

For each friend who purchases a BLOK Trial and retains their membership more than 38 days after their BLOK Trial purchase, the Referrer will receive a cash-backed reward to their account balance which can be used to purchase cafe or retail goods in-studio, purchase class packs in-studio or online or reduce their next billing cycle. Referrers will receive the reward advertised in BLOK’s iOS and Android app; rewards may vary by the studio and are subject to change at any time without notice. Referrers must clearly explain to their friends that the Referrer and the friend will receive a reward if their friend proceeds with purchasing a BLOK Trial within 3 months of receiving the Referral Link.

Referrers: To qualify, Referrers must be BLOK customers and using BLOK’s iOS or Android app. When using their Referral Link, Referrers must make sure they clearly explain that they will receive a reward for each referred friend.

Friends: To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, friends must not have an existing BLOK account, must be at least 18 years old and must purchase a BLOK Trial directly through the referral link within 3 months of the referral. 

Conditions: Purchasers of BLOK products or services other than a BLOK Trial are not eligible to receive a reward. BLOK will only honour the first Referral Link through which a friend purchases the BLOK Trial and which is accepted and processed by BLOK. Therefore, when multiple Referrers have referred the same friend, only one Referrer will be entitled to receive a reward. The discount will only be applied to the Referrer through which the friend purchased their BLOK Trial. All other Referrals will automatically be invalidated.

Referral Program Promotions: From time to time, BLOK may offer special promotions within its Referral Program (“Promotions”) through which Referrers or Friends may receive more generous rewards by complying with the terms and conditions of such Promotions. Each Promotion will last for a limited time, and each Referrer/Friend may only receive the more generous reward once during any such promotional period. For specific promotions, the friends must sign up between the offer dates and become paying members afterwards.

BLOK reserves the right to modify, change, add or remove portions of the terms and conditions of any Promotion at any time without prior notice by posting such amended terms and conditions.

General: Referrers and friends must comply with BLOK’s terms and policies and the terms and policies of any social media site where a referral link is posted/used. Referral Links are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. BLOK reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. By participating in the Referral program you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, the BLOK Terms of Use and the BLOK Privacy Policy. BLOK reserves the right to revoke any reward or otherwise disqualify any Referrer or friend in the event of any suspected fraud or violation of the terms and conditions.
