A referral program is intended to reward existing BLOK customers when they recommend BLOK to their family and friends. BLOK customers can refer friends to purchase BLOK’s trial by logging into their account on iOS or Android, copying their unique referral link and sending it to their friend(s) via the share panel. What do my invited friends need to do?
Sign up for BLOK’s SuperCharge90 trial using your unique referral link.
What is the reward for inviting friends?
We'll reward you by giving you a free class every time you share your referral link.
For every referred friend who purchases a SuperCharge90 trial, your reward will be even greater.
If you're an existing BLOK member, you'll receive one free month of membership (doesn't apply to upfront members).
All other referrers will receive £100 account balance.
How can I use my reward?
If your reward is a one free month of membership, this will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle (please bear in mind, this may apply to the billing cycle after next if the referral purchase is made close to the date of your membership renewal).
If your reward is account balance, it can be used towards upcoming charges, class packs, cafe and retail purchases.
How long does it take for the reward to reflect in my account balance?
Your reward will usually be credited 3 days after your referred friends purchase, but this period may be longer depending on various factors.
Can I refer more than one person to join BLOK?
Yes, there is no limit to how many people you can refer to BLOK.
Am I eligible to receive a reward for customers I have previously referred to BLOK before the Referral Program was launched?
No, this reward system is only open to referrals you make from the moment the Referral Program has launched.
Are people who have used BLOK’s product/service in the past but currently hold an inactive account eligible for a referral?
To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, friends must be new BLOK customers, must be at least 18 years old and must purchase a BLOK Trial directly through the referral link within 3 months of the referral.
Does the referral program change?
Yes - this referral program is only available for a limited time, and is likely to change from the start of March.
